My issue/complaint is NOT with the food as our food was delicious. My issue is with the bill. We went to enjoy Hibachi for lunch, as according to the menu it was $10 cheaper than the dinner hibachi. When we ordered we believed we were getting the lunch hibachi as it was 2:39 pm and lunch was served until 3:00 pm and the waiter made no mention of a difference. When the time came to pay the bill it was $60 more than expected due to being charged the full dinner price for our meals and NOT the lunch price. When I questioned the waiter about the discrepency, I was informed that in order to receive the hibachi lunch price, we had to order the hibachi lunch! No where on the menu does it state this and that is where I have the problem. Our experience could have been a lot better. We were lucky enough to have David as our server for the night. Now let me state this David was the best part of our experience here. While we waited for him to come back to our table, to take our order or to check in on us, we watched just about every other server or food prep person stand around and do nothing. Not a single person who was standing around tried to help David out from what we could see as he hustled around both sides of the restaurant. Because of this our food came out warm at best. The avacado cucumber roll I ordered even came out after our food from the kitchen. What really got me though was while the 2 ladies were standing around talking by the computer another young man not in saga shirt brought out food to their tables. I just hope the servers don't spilt tips. I don't think we ever return because of this.
